WHAT IS A SHORT SALE?

A short sale is a sale of a home which is completed through negotiation with the existing lender(s) in which the lender(s) agree to accept less than the full amount owed to satisfy the debt and allow it to be “paid off” short. The amount the lender will accept is often 60%-70% below Fair Market Value. You can use our Investor's funds to buy the home and resale for a profit in a back to back closing.
